Daily rates:

Jan - Mar : $125 per night

Apr - May : $135 per night

June - Oct: $140 per night

Nov - Dec 15: $135 per night

Christmas Season: $150 per night

Policies:

Rental Policy:

  • No pets
  • No smoking
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m.
  • Check out time is 11 a.m.
  • Minimum stay is 7 nights.

Deposit Policy:

  • A refundable deposit of $200 is taken to hold your dates and acts as your damage deposit.
  • This deposit is returned back to you within 7 days of check out as long as all keys are returned and there is no damage to the unit.
  • The total rental payment is due 60 days prior to check in

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • If you need to cancel prior to the 60 day window, you will be refunded the $200 deposit minus a $100 administration fee.
  • If you need to cancel within the 60 day window, (after full payment), I will attempt to re rent the dates and offer back a refund based on the rental amount received from the new booking.

I rented this condo for the view and was delighted to find that it was spectacular. Condo also offered great location for walking downtown Victoria, restaurants and shops nearby. Underground secure parking was a bonus. Condo was immaculate and modern, tastefully appointed.
 

My husband and I so enjoyed our time in Victoria! The apartment was perfect- sweet view of the water and bridge- especially liked the water taxis and kayaks! The modern decor, special touches and conveniences made our stay so very comfortable! It was easy walking distance into historic city for great shopping and restaurants! We loved Red Fish- Blue Fish- best seafood and atmosphere as we 'dined' on the water! Absolutely would stay again when we return! Butchart Gardens and Island circle tour were highlights of our trip!

What an amazing stay! This condo is exactly as advertised and then some. It is a carefully-appointed unit in modern art-decor taste, in a location second-to-none. Harbour view facing due West lends itself for a sunny & delightful late day sitting on the balcony welcoming the evening with a relaxing cocktail, & morning coffee over the water on this protruding balcony (others are recessed & you don't get the same view). Everything within walking distance, water taxi outside your door, surprise rooftop terrace. Owner Kathleen made the reservation process seamless giving concessions to arrival/departure flight changes with her courteous & friendly communication, and an on-site Property Manager is a bonus for accessibility; Colette is a great spirit of a person to interact with. So many hidden gems to discover while in Victoria, from Unity Wall for the breakwater at cruise ship terminal to Beacon Hill Park lookouts, to Hillbilly bar Big Bad John's in Strathcona Hotel (a must-see, you'll find out why when you go . . ) We'll definitely return.
 

The condo was beautiful! Great location to walk just about anywhere in town. The city of Victoria is beautiful. If we didn't come from PA we would be back here soon. Nicolle was there to show us around when we got in and condo was supplied with everything we needed plus fresh flowers. Love the place.
 

My wife and I spent 3 blissful weeks here and would not hesitate to return. In fact we will be coming back again just as soon as we get the chance. Colette and her husband could not have been nicer to us. Plenty to do or not. Close to everything you could want.
